Accommodations are limited and pricey in Dubrovnik and Split because of the influx of tourists. In addition to its beauty and history, the filming of Star Wars and Game of Thrones in the areas has resulted in record tourism. Hotels are more affordable in Zagreb and all cities seem to have a variety of hostels.
