Czechia, or Czech Republic, is a hilly, land-locked country in Central Europe. It is bordered by Austria, Germany, Poland, and Slovakia. Czechia was established in 1993 with the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. The country is rich in history with many remaining castles medieval town centres remaining. Czech is the language spoken by the majority of residents but English, as well as German and Russian, is also widely used in urban areas.
